Mr Alessandro Falanga
Specialist in Endodontics

Alex qualified from dental school in 2002 in Rome and moved to the UK in 2004 to work in general dental practice. In 2008 he limited his practice to endodontics and completed his 4 year MClinDent specialist training in 2012 at King’s College London. He was awarded the MEndo from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and has since been training and supervising future specialists and consultants at King’s College Hospital. In 2017 Alex was appointed Consultant in Endodontics at King’s College Hospital and held that post until 2021 before deciding to dedicate his time fully to his Norwich practice. He maintains his interest in dental traumatology and is a regional representative for DentalTraumaUK.
Mr Pratik Shah
Specialist in Endodontics

Pratik is a registered Specialist in Endodontics and Clinical Lecturer in Endodontics at Queen Mary University of London. He graduated from University of Sheffield in 2005 and worked in general practice for over 10 years. In 2016, whilst in general practice, he completed the three-year MSc in Endodontic Practice programme at Queen Mary University of London, with Merit.
He gained further experience as a Specialty Dentist/Clinical Lecturer in Endodontics at the Royal London Hospital, and in 2020 he received the Membership in Endodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Pratik is also involved with the delivery of hands-on CPD courses for dentists and is firmly engaged in endodontic research. Pratik's kind and caring nature and clear explanations of procedures help ease patients during treatments.
Mr Mohammadreza Aryafar Consultant and Specialist in Endodontics

Mr Aryafar works as a Consultant in Endodontics and is Adult Dental Trauma Lead at King's College Dental Hospital. He supervises postgraduate trainees in Endodontics and also provides treatments for complex cases and adult dental trauma patients. In addition to his work at the hospital Reza also continues to work in private Endodontic practices.
Mr Ayman Al-Sibassi Practice limited to Endodontics

Mr Al Sibassi has successfully completed his clinical specialist training and achieved a distinguished Membership in Endodontics (M Endo) with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Mr Nami Farkhondeh Practice limited to Periodontics and Implnats

After completing his dental degree at the Royal London Hospital and a year of vocational training, Nami held a number of positions as Senior House Officer and Staff Grade in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in some of the most prestigious hospitals in England. This is where he learnt his basic and advanced surgical skills.
He then undertook his Masters of Science training programme at Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Hospital where he learnt all aspects of Periodontology. He has also completed the Advanced Diploma in Implant Dentistry course at the Royal College of Surgeons England.
Currently, Nami divides his working time between working in private practice and teaching postgraduate dental students on the MSc programmes in both Periodontology and Implant dentistry.
Ms Lynsey Mclaughlin
Dental Hygienist

Lynsey is a true Norfolk girl! Born and bred in Norwich, she has been in the dental profession for over 20 years. Starting out as a dental nurse Lynsey pursued her ambition to qualify as a hygienist. She gained her FdSc in Oral Health Science with distinction from the University of Essex in 2017 and has been working in several practices in Norfolk. As well as running the practice Lynsey also runs a busy home with four children.
Mrs Lisa Laborde
Practice Manager

Lisa has been a dental nurse for over 20 years! She gained her dental nursing qualification in May 1995 and since then she has worked in several practices including an Oral Surgery referral practice, where she gained a huge amount of experience including dealing with nervous and anxious patients. She has taken on the role of Practice Manager in 2023.

Kira has been a dental nurse for nearly 10 years. A She has worked most of that time in the Restorative Department of King’s College Hospital where she gained great experience in working at specialist level in Endodontics, Periodontics, Implantology and Dental Traumatology. She has worked closely with Alex for many years and this contributes to the smooth running of the practice.
Miss Harriet Loftus

Harriet is our most recently qualified dental nurse but in the few years she has been nursing she has shown excellent skills and patient care. She thoroughly enjoys the job and is looking forward to enhancing her knowledge and qualifications.
Mrs Courtney Rae Howes

Courtney has been working with us since 2020. She is a registered dental nurse and has completed her Dental Radiography qualification.
